GRAPE VARIETIES: Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara

TYPE OF SOIL: limestone

HARVESTING: by hand into small trays

VINIFICATION: After the destemming, the grapes are crushed and fermented at a controlled temperature, then aged in stainless steel tanks for some months.

CHARACTERISTICS: Red in colour with purplish highlights. Hints of red fruit on the nose; precious aromas of strawberry, small red fruits and clear spices. Medium-bodied, warm and dry on the palate, with a slightly tart, crisp sensation.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent with first courses, meat and aged cheese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-16 °C
